ELP Complementary Skills Development Programme

Having gained necessary qualification and important professional skills, we still aren’t out of trouble in both our personal and professional lives. A successful professional career demands from us much more than this. To get our dreams come true, we also require to master all complementary skills: we need to be eloquent in all four communicative skills in English, that is, a high command of English speaking, reading, writing and listening – we have to be a computer wizard, too, and our personality must be attractively equipped with highly demanded qualities of leadership and propriety.

ELP International Institute & Research Centre Lahore, in a spirit of nation building, introduces the ELP Complementary Skills Development Programme which is meant for equipping us with all three required complementary skills.

Eloquence of the English language and computing together with personality enhancement with main focus on the topmost qualities of leadership and propriety gives ELP its name and vision:

Having met very strict scientific standards, ELP is confidently capable of producing very high results. To be ELP Qualified means to be:

1. Eloquent in all four communicative skills in English with all important aspects:

    a. Advanced English speaking: public speech, debate, conversation, presentation, negotiation etc.
    b. Advanced reading skills: skimming, scanning and reviewing etc.
    c. Advanced writing skills: non-literary essays, articles and theses, literary writing, correspondence and report writing etc.
    d. Advanced listening skills: English broadcast, English music and English movies etc.

2. To have an effective command of computing and
3. To have a well-balanced, well-equipped, attractive personality.

This is the reason that the ELP is highly demanded all over the world and is regarded as a key to high success in both personal and professional lives. To be ‘ELP qualified’ simply means a ‘bright future’ with ‘confidence and status,’ not only in Pakistan but all over the world over, too.

The goals of ELP are achieved through successfully completing all six ELP modules in which the ELP is divided. The syllabus of the ELP Module – 1 comprises 10 compulsory courses in form of the ELP Lessons. Having obtained at least 60% marks in the ELP Final Examination, we are promoted to the next module to move closer to our destination.
